At Early Elements Education, we know that play is the most powerful way children can learn. To facilitate this, our modern centre is designed in a way that will provide children with the space they need to play and learn on their own in a secure and safe environment.
Every child has a talented artist in them! Exposure to arts and crafts not only enhances children’s innate creativity, but gives them a fun way to develop their physical and social skills as well. Arts and crafts helps build their bilateral coordination and fine motor skills, increases their visual processing abilities and gives them the opportunity to freely express themselves.
A healthy mind leads to a healthy body! By practicing yoga, our children can learn how to explore their minds and bodies in a positive way. Not only does it help improve balance, coordination and flexibility, it can also develop concentration, hone their focus and increase their self-esteem.
At Early Elements Education, we want our children to be as active as possible! We’ve developed a fun and interactive mixed-age soccer program that gets them moving while learning about the importance of teamwork and co-operation. Our soccer program is compromised of a number of age-appropriate drills, games and exercises that will surely build the habit of staying active and healthy in your child.
Children are never too young to be in the kitchen! At Early Elements Education, we believe cooking is an essential life skill every child should know. Cooking has also proven to have numerous benefits including improving their numeracy and literacy skills, boosting their confidence and teaching them about safe kitchen practices.
Children just love working with their hands! Early Elements Education gives children the opportunity to grow and harvest their own produce in the safety of our own backyard. Gardening has helped children understand their roles as keepers of the Earth and increases their respect for all the hard work farmers do to give us food for our tables.
Early Elements Education focuses on easing the jump from preschool to kindergarten. We’ve teamed up with several kindergarten educators to create a school readiness program that targets key points in their development: self regulation, sensory processing, receptive and expressive languages, articulation, reasoning, social skills and independence.
